Golden State Warriors NBA Stat Man
 
You are probably wondering why I am such an NBA junkie. Well, you would be too if someone came up to you, offered you a seat five (5) chairs from the bench, with the only people blocking your sight lines are nervous head coaches and NBA referees.

For the last 12 seasons, I have been the back-up radio statistician for KNBR 680 production of Golden State Warrior basketball. For approx. 15 games per season, I sit on the court and run real-time statistics for the live broadcast. I started in October of 1993 with Greg Papa and have worked for the last 10 years with Tim Roye. It has been a great experience and I have learned a great deal about the nuances of the NBA game. It is a blast working with people like Greg, Tim, Bob Fitzgerald, Jim Barnett, Jeff Chapman, Lee Jones, Raymond Ridder, Eric Govan, Dan Martinez and others who work with the Warriors and the NBA. I have seen the best athletes in the world play the greatest game in the planet. I have the greatest hobby in the world!
